At Leo & Leaf, every plant is carefully nurtured, packed, and shipped with attention and care. Since plants are living products, our shipping, return, and refund policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and practical for both you and us.

1.   Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

During peak seasons, workshops, or sales, processing times may vary slightly

Products will be delivered are 3–7 business days, depending on location

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

Courier partner delays

Weather conditions

Regional restrictions

Unforeseen operational challenges

Leo & Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

1.3   Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout

Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to minimum order value and location

1.4   Packaging & Handling

All plants are securely packed using protective, eco-conscious materials

Despite careful packaging, minor soil displacement or cosmetic leaf damage may occur during transit and does not qualify as damage

1.5   Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure correct and complete shipping information

Leo & Leaf is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact details

2.   Return Policy

We have 24 hours return and replacement policy

Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 days

Once refund is processed it will be credited within 5-7 days in bank account

2.1   Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Live plants (except in cases of transit damage or incorrect delivery)

Used or repotted plants

Custom or bulk orders

Workshop registrations or memberships

2.2   Eligible Returns

Returns may be considered only if:

You received a damaged plant

You received the wrong product

The product is missing items

2.3   Return Request Timeline

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery Requests received after this period may not be accepted

2.4   Return Request Process

·       Clear photos/videos of the issue Brief

·       description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3.   Refund Policy

3.1   Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

The product is unavailable after order confirmation

The return request is approved after verification

Order is cancelled by Leo & Leaf due to operational reasons

3.2   Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

3.3   Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

Minor damage not affecting plant health

Partial order fulfilment

3.4   Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Plant damage due to improper care after delivery

Natural variations in plant size, shape, or color

Delivery delays beyond our control

Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

4.   Replacement Policy

Replacements may be offered instead of refunds where appropriate

Replacement dispatch timelines may vary based on plant availability

Only one replacement is allowed per order

5.   Cancellations

5.1   Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

5.2   Leo & Leaf-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Stock unavailability

Quality concerns

Pricing or listing errors

Delivery restrictions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6.   Plant Care Disclaimer

Plants are living products and their health depends on environment and care after delivery. Leo & Leaf:

Provides general care instructions

Is not responsible for plant health after delivery due to watering, light, temperature, or handling

7.   Force Majeure

Leo & Leaf shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters

Weather conditions

Government restrictions

Transport strikes

Acts of God

8.   Policy Updates

Leo & Leaf reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
